We apologise we could not get it over the line but we are super proud to be Fijian.

Fiji Water Flying Fijians coach Simon Raiwalui stated this at the post match press conference after their 30-24 loss to England this morning saying he is super proud of the team and the group.

Raiwalui says since they came in together 15 weeks ago they wanted to create something different, a connection to the people, our supporters and we hope we did them proud.

He says any loss is a disappointing loss, they did not help themselves in the first half with penalties, side entries at the ruck, and just put all the pressure back on themselves.

When questioned on where to from here, Raiwalui says from when he was the General Manager for the Fiji Rugby High Performance Unit the whole idea was that their pathways are geared towards long term success.

He says through the Australian Department for Foreign Affairs and Trade, in terms of getting the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua into Super Rugby Pacific, their pathways are in a good place.

The only thing he says is for them to be more consistent with their performance.

Argentina will face New Zealand at 7am Saturday while England will play South Africa at 7am Sunday.
