Concerns are being raised again as water woes continue at the Colonial War Memorial Hospital Maternity Ward.

We have been told that mothers are given an hour to bath before supply is cut off again.

They say there was no water supply again this morning.

Patients say they are being supplied with more than sufficient bottled water for drinking at the Morrison Maternity Ward.

Another concern that was raised is that the Maternity ICU (MICU) section where mothers are kept for observation for 12 hours post c-section does not have an operational Air Conditioning unit.

They say because of this, they have to leave the windows open and flies were in the ward due to that.

We have also been told that many mothers are unable to ward the flies off because of the effects of anesthetics.

Vital supplies like surgical plasters and pain relief suppositories are also not available at CWM hospital.

People are told to buy and provide for patients' duration of admission.

We have reached out to the Health Ministry this morning and they still have not responded.
