Uruguay have won their first 2023 Rugby World Cup match after defeating Namibia 36-26 this morning.
Baltazar Amaya scored a double for Uruguay while German Kessler, Santiago Arata and Bautista Basso scored a try each.
Gerswin Mouton and JC Greyling scored a try each for Namibia.
Meanwhile, Japan will meet Samoa at 7am tomorrow, New Zealand will take on Italy at 7am Saturday, Argentina will face Chile at 1am Sunday, Fiji will face Georgia at 3.45am Sunday and Scotland will face Romania at 7am Sunday.
