TISI Sangam will continue to provide free lunches to students who are still struggling due to the effects of COVID-19 and the recent cyclones this year.

President Sadasivan Naicker says they sent circulars to all their schools in the country to make an assessment on which students need help and they will be assisted accordingly.

Naicker says they assisted 9000 students with lunches last year.

He says more than 180 students of Cogeloa Sangam School will start receiving lunch from next week while students of Tagitagi Sangam School will receive lunch once a week.

He has also confirmed that this assistance is not limited to Sangam Schools only and they will try to assist other schools as well.

TISI Sangam and FRIEND Fiji has also provided stationery packs to more than 1000 students affected by cyclone in the Northern Division.

If you want to assist TISI Sangam in providing meals to students, you can contact them on 9995256.
