President Ratu Wiliame Katonivere has reminded the graduates of Leadership Fiji 2023 that leadership is a higher calling and as a leader, they should have the ethics to serve.

While speaking during the Leadership Fiji 2023 Graduation Dinner held at the Holiday Inn, Ratu Wiliame says true leaders can make a difference in all levels of society.

He says a leader does not have to be someone who holds senior positions in a company or an organization.

He adds a leader is someone who leads by example.

The President also acknowledged Leadership Fiji for continuing to promote future leaders.

Leadership Fiji Chairperson William Parkinson says 2023 has been an interesting year and if people can recall, the last time he spoke to Leadership Fiji, it was uncertain times.

He says he had sent out a plea for help in last year's speech as they wondered about the future because they were caught between the rapid rising prices.

Parkinson says 2023 was one of the most exciting years in Leadership Fiji's history and he acknowledges the sponsors for stepping forward financially.

He also acknowledged the involvement of our leaders across the community in term of participating as speakers which has given this year's group an insight.

Parkinson says with the growth of demand for training as a result of loss of talent for Fiji, Leadership Fiji has been in high demand in terms of corporate training.

He adds after this year's graduation, they will hit 563 alumni.
