The public consultation on land issues in the north and central starts next Monday where landowners and farmers are invited to give their views on various land issues they are facing such as land leases, renewal of licenses, premium issues and other matters.

The consultations will also be about meetings with landowners and farmers and give assurance to landowners, farmers, and tenants that the government will work in the shortest possible time to resolve some of the long pending issues regarding land leases.

The government aims to look into the land issues while engaging in deliberate strategies and solutions to resolve land-related issues in the long run.
