Brazilian superstar Neymar has labelled Argentina’s captain Lionel Messi as the best footballer he has ever seen but admits their friendship will not matter when the two sides clash in the Copa America final today.
The pressure will be on Messi to finally deliver a title for Argentina after ending up as runners up four times in a row now.
There are also suggestions that a win for Argentina could end the age-long debate as to who is the greatest footballer of all time.
The 34-year-old has scored 4 goals and made 5 assists in the tournament so far.
He has also received four man of the match awards.
Neymar says the respect between the two is still great but only one can win.
Defending champions Brazil will take on Argentina in the final of the Copa America at 12pm today.
