“Never hesitate to ask for help.”

Minister for Education, Premila Kumar delivered this message to the students of Sabeto College this morning where she highlighted there would be students who may not be able to take the pressure because they feel there is too much for them to handle.

Kumar says these students should never forget that they have parents, counselors, teachers and friends. She says the students should always walk up to them and say what they feel and that they need to talk to someone.

Kumar then told the students that some parents have not seen their children for years and she is one of them where she has not seen her three children for two years as they are abroad.

The Minister for Education says it is hard for her but she has to live with it.

However, Kumar says there is positivity as borders are opening and they can start travelling soon.
