Swire Shipping Fijian Drua prop Samu Tawake believes this year will be a good year for the Club, and he is looking forward to their first game of the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific season against the ACT Brumbies at home.
Speaking to fijivillage Sports, Tawake says they have never beaten the Brumbies since they entered the competition in 2022, and this year, he believes it will be the year they win against the Brumbies.
He says this match will be big and challenging for them as they will play against the Brumbies in front of the local crowd.
The 28-year-old adds that they have a reputation to keep.
The Brumbies defeated the Drua twice in 2022, they beat the Drua again in 2023 and 2024.
The Fijian Drua will host the Brumbies at the HFC Bank Stadium at 3.35pm next Saturday.
