FICAC Commissioner Barbara Malimali, Chair of the Judicial Services Commission Chief Justice Salesi Temo, Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka and Attorney General Graham Leung have remained quiet as more allegations have surfaced against Malimali.

Acting Police Commissioner, Juki Fong Chew confirms that two complaints have been lodged against Malimali, and the CID are looking into it.

It was revealed earlier this week that a FICAC employee, who is a witness in the Commission of Inquiry regarding the appointment of the FICAC Commissioner, was sacked last Friday.

The former FICAC employee, Kuliniasi Saumi who has filed a Police complaint of intimidation of a witness, claims he was unlawfully terminated by FICAC Commissioner, Barbara Malimali.

Another complaint deals with the alleged payment to the defence counsel for the Commission of Inquiry.

Chew says the matter is with the CID Team.

We have sought comments from Malimali on these matters however the Commission will not comment at this stage.

Chief Justice Temo, Rabuka and Leung have also not made any comments.
