Day 7 of Fiji Showcase 2023 is set to bring loads of fun and entertainment as some of the top bands and artists from around the country will be performing during the FM96 birthday bash tonight.

One of the biggest bands in Fiji, Paradise Rootz known for their song “Au Taroga Lo”, Taitusi Mareau who sang “Amu Sa Dege” and Drixstar are expected to rock the stage tonight along with the Mata Dance Group.

FM96 Content Director Joana Ravono says it will be a fun-filled night as there will not only be performances from these artists and dancers but there will also be giveaways and cash prizes to be won.

Ravono says the highlight of the night will be the FM96 Caked-Up with FMF where there will be a huge cake for 500 people and one of the slices will have red coloring in it.

The person that gets that slice will win $500 on the spot.

She says another highlight of the night will be the release of a new song by Taitusi Mareau.

Ravono says the FM96 crew will be performing on stage along with some tiktokers and fans will get the chance to win prizes if they perform on stage as well with them.

Paradise Rootz singer Aisea Buliruarua says they are excited about performing again tonight and they are looking forward to entertaining the crowd.

He says after seeing the crowd’s reactions during their first performance on Day 2 of Fiji Showcase 2023, the band is anticipating a great turnout again tonight.

Buliruarua says it is the people that motivates them to keep striving for the better and they want to give back to the people.
