A 37-year-old man has been charged for allegedly murdering a 22-year-old Nawaka man at Prince Charles Park on Wednesday.
The man has been charged with one count of murder and will appear in the Nadi Magistrates Court on Monday.
Police say the four women and two other men who were also taken in custody have been questioned and released.
Acting Police Commissioner Rusiate Tudravu says they were also found drinking alcohol during curfew hours.
Tudravu says they responded to a report of a fight in progress at Prince Charles Park where the seven were arrested.
The 22-year-old man was found lying unconscious with visible injuries.
The man was pronounced dead on arrival at the Nadi Hospital.
