Fiji bodybuilder Jordan Pillay is indebted to his sponsors, Flour Mills of Fiji Foods Limited and Shop N Save Supermarket as he recalls he had to dig into his savings to take part in certain bodybuilding championships.
FMF and Shop N Save have come on board to fulfill his dreams as he represents Fiji for the first time.
Pillay says his preparations are going well, and he is training hard over the last 12 weeks for the championships.
He says after his previous tournament he has gone back to the drawing board and got further help from experts in this game to help him improve his standing and he is glad that they have accomplished that.
Pillay says he is very humbled and appreciative that the sponsors were able to make things happen for him to represent his country at the world championship level because most of the time he could not compete because they were down financially.
When questioned by fijivillage News on what he plans to achieve at the championships Pillay says he will try and improve his placing on the standing improve his overall body mass composition and increase his muscular strength at the championships.
The Jay Cutler Desert Classic Championship starts on the 30th of this month in Las Vegas, America.
