15,000 mangrove trees have been planted along the Korotogo Coastline in Sigatoka today by the United Nations Association in a critical step in combating climate change and enhancing environmental resilience.

This is a great illustration of community work by the United Nations Association Fiji's Community Impact Project, which is sponsored by Bula Outsourcing.

Bula Outsourcing is a dedicated supporter of sustainable development and community-driven solutions.

Managing Director for Bula Outsourcing Josie Prasad says their sponsorship underscores their commitment to supporting environmental stewardship and fostering resilient communities through meaningful, actionable projects.

Prasad says their gold sponsorship of the UN Association of Fiji Community Impact Project is themed “Leadership through the Art of Diplomacy".

She says the initiative is a crucial step in addressing environmental issues, and it is imperative that corporate entities actively participate in such projects.

Prasad adds that this project is a critical piece that needs to be integrated into corporate spaces.

United Nations Association Fiji General Secretary Vipin Maharaj says as they celebrate their 10th year in operation, they extend their heartfelt thanks for the support.

Maharaj says partnering with organisations like Bula Outsourcing, who show continuous commitment, is essential for the success of their annual projects like this.
